Human Resources Alliance Canada seeks to bring together Human Resources professionals from across Canada to unite with their peers to add strategic value to their profession, business or practice. The Alliance aims to help members leverage their expertise for both personal and community benefit.

To create and grow a HR community that is interconnected, distinguished and impactful.

To foster a HR community that is supportive and encourages one another to become exceptional leaders within HR as well as their respective Jamati communities.

To provide a platform for our members to enhance their skills, share their knowledge and network with one another to become leaders in HR.

Key Objectives

Enhancement of professional development and personal skills and capabilities of its members.
Facilitate networking opportunities, encourage collaboration and provide referrals amongst its members and partners.
Create and promote Mentor/ Mentee relationships.
Explore opportunities for sharing best practices, industry trends and other benefits and initiatives.
Act as a liaison within the Ismaili institutions and Jamati members to facilitate programs, events and referrals.
Partner with other Alliances to identify and promote job opportunities for Jamati awareness.
Encourage Member opportunities for voluntary service, within Canada and abroad
